I believe therapy is for everyone. At times we all need a space just for us, where we feel completely supported to explore and focus on our concerns. Every single person will experience suffering and challenges at some point in their life, and we all deserve a safe and compassionate space to work through the issues we face. The things that matter deeply to you deserve the time and attention they need.
For me, this way of working has brought increased self-awareness, wonder and vitality into my life. Focusing has changed the relationship I have with myself and the world around me, guiding me towards what is most alive and meaningful for me. I hope to share this profound gift with my clients to help them find inner peace and wholeness.

Together we will set goals for our work and regularly review how therapy is going for you. You will always set the pace and focus for the session, and how you are feeling in the present moment is how we begin each session.
Therapy is a collaboration and we will work as a team to achieve your goals.
At the start we will go through an intake process that includes informing you of your rights and gaining your consent.
Ultimately, I’ll teach you a way to relate to your experience that brings a greater sense of ease as you learn to connect and attune more deeply with yourself.
